Stephen Hawking
Stephen Hawking was an English theoretical physicist renowned for his work on black holes, general relativity, and cosmology, especially his prediction that black holes emit radiation (now called Hawking radiation). He also wrote widely read popular science books such as *A Brief History of Time*, which brought complex ideas in physics to a broad audience.
