Russell Roberts
Russell David Roberts (born September 19, 1954) is an American economist, research fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution, and president of Shalem College in Jerusalem since 2021. He hosts the EconTalk podcast and has taught at universities including George Mason University, Washington University in St. Louis, and Stanford. Roberts earned his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and PhD from the University of Chicago, authoring books on economics and decision-making such as 'The Choice' and 'Wild Problems.'
