Rick Walton
Rick Walton (1957–2016) was a prolific children's literature author from Provo, Utah, who wrote nearly 100 books including picture books, riddle books, poetry, activity books, and mini mysteries. Born and raised in Utah as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he served as a missionary in Brazil and later became known as a leader in the Utah children's literature community and mentor to other authors.
