Rex Hazeldine
Rex Hazeldine is a prominent British sports scientist and coach who graduated from Loughborough University with a Diploma in Physical Education in 1962 and an MSc in Human Sciences in 1974, later receiving the Distinguished Alumni Award and University Medal for his contributions to UK coaching, applied sport science, and student-athlete development. He served as Sports Scientist to the England Bowls Squad at five Commonwealth Games and was inducted into the UK Coaching Hall of Fame in 2001. Hazeldine is also the author of books such as 'Fitness for Sport,' 'The RFU Guide to Fitness for Rugby,' and 'Strength Training for Sport.'
