Philip Webb

Philip Webb (1831–1915) was a British architect and designer, often called the Father of Arts and Crafts Architecture, known for his vernacular designs and collaboration with William Morris. He co-founded the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings and designed notable structures including the Red House for Morris. Though primarily an architect, he is sometimes associated with literary circles through his partnerships with figures like Edward Burne-Jones and Dante Gabriel Rossetti.
