Patrick Wright
Patrick Wright FBA is a British writer, broadcaster, and academic specializing in cultural studies and cultural history. Born on January 23, 1951, in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, England, he was educated at the University of Kent (BA, 1973) and Simon Fraser University (MA, 1977), worked as a journalist, broadcaster, and self-employed writer before becoming Professor of Modern Cultural Studies at Nottingham Trent University and later Emeritus Professor of Literature, History and Politics at King's College London.[3][5][2]
