Florence M. Jumonville

Florence M. Jumonville, a native New Orleanian, is an archivist at Touro Infirmary and has worked with Louisiana materials and special collections for over forty-five years at institutions including The Historic New Orleans Collection and the University of New Orleans Library.[1][2] She previously served as Head of Louisiana and Special Collections at the Earl K. Long Library, University of New Orleans.[2] Jumonville has written extensively on Louisiana history, including books such as 'Louisiana history: an annotated bibliography' and works chronicling the history of Louisiana parish libraries.[1][3][5]
