Dayle Ann Dodds

Dayle Ann Dodds, born June 14, 1952, in Ridgewood, New Jersey, is an American author of over 21 children's picture books, many incorporating math concepts like fractions, division, and shapes, as well as stories about animals and everyday adventures. She earned a B.S. in Child Development from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, worked as a teacher and proofreader before becoming a full-time writer in 1989, and is married to architect Glen Dodds with two children.[1][2][3]
