Darina Allen
Darina Allen is an Irish chef, food writer, TV personality, and the founder of Ballymaloe Cookery School, established in 1983 with her brother Rory O'Connell. She is Ireland's best-known cook and a best-selling author of over 10 books, having presented nine series of her television programme Simply Delicious. Allen is also a serious food activist campaigning for Irish specialty producers and farmers.
