Craig Allen Lieckfelt

Craig Allen Lieckfelt is a sixth-generation Detroit native, chef, writer, and coach who founded the fine dining pop-up Guns & Butter in 2012, which gained attention from Anthony Bourdain and CNN. After working in Manhattan kitchens including Gotham Grill and Jean-Georges, he returned to Detroit to support the city's culinary revival and currently leads food for peace and purpose in New York.
