Brian Wansink

Brian Wansink is a marketing professor and consumer behavior expert best known for popularizing the term 'mindless eating' and founding the Food and Brand Lab at the University of Illinois in 1997, which he later moved to Cornell University in 2005.[1][4] He holds a Ph.D. in Consumer Behavior from Stanford University and has authored over 100 academic articles and the best-selling book 'Mindless Eating: Why We Eat More Than We Think' (2006).[3] His research focuses on how microenvironments influence eating habits and food choices, with a mission to help people live healthier, happier lives.[2]
