Brian Cooper

Brian Cooper is a British author and former history teacher who was Head of History Department at Bolsover School, Derbyshire, until his retirement in 1979[1]. He is best known for creating the Lubbock and Tench detective series, comprising nine mystery novels published between 1991 and 2006[1]. Cooper has authored fourteen novels and one non-fiction work, Transformation of a Valley: The Derbyshire Derwent[1].
