Alex F. McCalla

Alex F. McCalla is a Canadian-American agricultural economist and professor emeritus at the University of California, Davis, where he served as professor, dean, and founding dean of the Graduate School of Management. He is internationally recognized for work on agricultural trade, food security, rural development, and world food policy, and later served as Director of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the World Bank.
