This international multimedia fairytale adventure was inspired by the book with the same title by Ivana Brlic Mazuranic, one of the best Croatian authors. The book was first published in 1916, and later reprinted in numerous editions and translated into many foreign languages. "Croatian Tales of Long Ago - Part I" (CD-ROM) by Helena Bulaja contains animated interactive stories, cartoons, and games based on four fairytales from the book: "How Quest Sought the Truth", "Stribor's Forest", "Brother Jaglenac and Sister Rutvica", and "Toporko and His Nine Brothers". Each story was adapted for multimedia by a different international artist. Together with the interactive fairytales, the CD-ROM includes a biography of the author, original texts of the stories, an introduction to Slavic mythology, and may more things to explore! System Requirements: PC only; Pentium 1 GHz/63 (128) MB RAM; Windows 98, 2000, ME, or XP; CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive.
