Taking Authority: Take Back Control Over Your Life

The burden God gave me was to write a book so that people might learn to take control and authority over their lives. My concern was that many Christians today were abdicating control over their lives to other people, and sometimes to their church leaders unnecessarily. Therefore, I have highlighted the control people should be exercising over their lives in general, their finances, the friendships they have with other people, their futures and their spiritual development, etc. When it comes to spiritual development, which I write about in the final chapter of this book, I have linked it to the type of churches we attend; churches anointed by the Holy Spirit should have a good effect upon us, whereas legalistic churches may have a detrimental effect upon our futures. It is my prayer that this book will help you to recognise where the devil has robbed you of the authority you should be exercising in your life, over your destiny and over the future that God has purposed for you in Jesus name; Amen!
