Zina Saunders
Zina Saunders is an award-winning American illustrator, writer, animator, and educator born and raised in New York City, daughter of legendary pulp artist Norman Saunders.[1][2][4][7] She began her professional illustration career in the early 1990s, creating work for publications like The Wall Street Journal, Smithsonian Magazine, and others, while also contributing to projects such as the Harry Potter Trading Card Game and Aliens/Predator artwork.[3][4][6] Saunders teaches art, lives in Manhattan, and has pursued activism through projects like Overlooked New York.[2][5]
