Yvonne S Freeman

Yvonne S. Freeman (also known as Bonnie Freeman) is a professor emerita of Bilingual Education at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where she collaborated extensively with her husband, David E. Freeman, who was a professor of Reading and ESL. Together, they have coauthored or coedited numerous books, articles, and chapters on second language acquisition, bilingual education, biliteracy, linguistics, and literacy for English learners, and they regularly present at international, national, and state conferences.[1][2][3]
