Yoshinori Mine

Yoshinori Mine is a food science professor and professor emeritus at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. He earned a Ph.D. in biochemistry from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology in 1993 and joined the University of Guelph faculty in 1996, becoming a full professor in 2005.[1][3]
