Yannis Tsividis

Yannis Tsividis is a distinguished professor of electrical engineering at Columbia University, renowned for his pioneering work in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design, including the first fully integrated MOS operational amplifier. He is the author of the seminal textbook 'Operation and Modeling of the MOS Transistor,' which serves as a standard reference for engineers and circuit designers worldwide. An IEEE Fellow and member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering, Tsividis has received numerous awards for his contributions to research and engineering education.
