The Honorable Reverend Dr. William Lewis Rocky Brown, 3rd is a public servant, preacher, author, motivationalist, counselor, and consultant born in Chester, Pennsylvania, to the late District Justice William Lewis Brown Jr. and Gwendolyn Carraway Brown.[1][2] He is a prolific writer with publications including '800 Sayings By Old Folks, Who Raised Us,' maintains a daily blog on his website, and contributes a weekly religious column to Scoop USA.[1] Brown has three daughters, Catrina, Robin, and Janee’, and three grandchildren.[1]
