Wm Paul Young
William Paul Young is a Canadian author best known for his New York Times bestselling novel The Shack, which has sold over 25 million copies and inspired a major motion picture. Born the eldest of four children on May 11, 1955, in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada, he spent much of his early childhood with his missionary parents among the Dani tribe in the highlands of Netherlands New Guinea (now West Papua). He later settled in the Pacific Northwest of the USA and wrote additional religious books including Cross Roads, Eve, and Lies We Believe About God.[1][2][4]
