Winifred Phillips

Winifred Phillips is an American award-winning music composer for video games, television, film, and radio, known for soundtracks in major titles including God of War, Assassin's Creed III: Liberation, and the LittleBigPlanet series.[1][5] She authored the bestselling book A Composer’s Guide to Game Music in 2014 and won a Grammy Award in 2025 for Best Score Soundtrack for Video Games for Wizardry: Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord.[1][4] Earlier in her career, from 1992 to 2003, she composed, produced, and acted in the National Public Radio series Radio Tales, adapting classic literature.[2][8]
