William S. Justice

William Wayne Justice was an American federal judge known for landmark rulings that helped reshape school desegregation, prison reform, and the rights of undocumented children in Texas. He served on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas from 1968 until taking senior status in 1998.
