William Rotsler

Charles William Rotsler (1926-1997) was an American artist, cartoonist, pornographer, and science fiction author known for his prolific output in fandom and genre fiction. A four-time Hugo Award winner for Best Fan Artist (1975, 1979, 1996, 1997) and recipient of a Retro Hugo, he also wrote novels, contributed to Star Trek tie-ins, and worked in film and photography. Nicknamed 'The Amiable Bulldozer,' Rotsler was a prominent figure in Los Angeles science fiction fandom.
