William R. Clark is an author and Information Security Analyst at Argosy Omnimedia, living in Vienna, Virginia. He received two Project Censored Awards: in 2003 for his research on the Iraq War, oil currency conflict, and U.S. geostrategy, and in 2005 for his work on Iran’s euro-denominated oil bourse. He contributed to *Censored 2004: The Top 25 Censored Stories* published by Seven Stories Press.
