William Paul Dillingham

William Paul Dillingham was an American attorney and Republican politician from Vermont. He served as governor of Vermont from 1888 to 1890 and as a U.S. senator from 1900 until his death in 1923; he is also known for chairing the Dillingham Commission on immigration.[1][3][6]
