William MacQuitty
William MacQuitty (1905–2004) was a Belfast-born film producer, photographer, and writer who had a diverse career spanning banking, filmmaking, and television. He is most noted for producing the 1958 film A Night to Remember, which recreates the sinking of the RMS Titanic, and later helped found Ulster Television in 1959, serving as its first managing director.
