William J Faulkner

William Faulkner was an American novelist and short-story writer known for his modernist style, including stream-of-consciousness narration and experimental structure. He set many of his works in the fictional Yoknapatawpha County, and he won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1949.[4][2]
