William Grogan

William R. Grogan was a longtime electrical engineering faculty member at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), where he became the institute’s first dean of undergraduate studies. He was one of the founders and key implementers of the WPI Plan, a pioneering project-based undergraduate curriculum that reshaped the university’s approach to learning.
