William Foley

William E. Foley is a professor emeritus of history at the University of Central Missouri, holding a PhD in History from the University of Missouri. He is the author of several books on Missouri history, including The Genesis of Missouri: From Wilderness Outpost to Statehood, The First Chouteaus: River Barons of Early St. Louis, Missouri: Then and Now, and Wilderness Journey: The Life of William Clark.[2][3][6][7]
