William E. Pemberton

William E. Pemberton (born 1940) is an American historian and biographer specializing in twentieth-century American political history. He is known for his biographical works on U.S. presidents, including books on Ronald Reagan and Harry Truman, as well as studies on executive reorganization and bureaucratic politics during the Truman administration.
