William Donohue

William Anthony Donohue is an American Catholic layman and president of the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights since 1993. He holds a Ph.D. in sociology from New York University and has authored twelve books on topics including civil liberties, Catholic issues, and cultural criticism. He is also a former Air Force veteran and inner-city schoolteacher.
