William C. Chasey
William Carmen 'Bill' Chasey (1940-2015) was an American educator, author, research scientist, and inventor who founded the Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility in Warsaw, Poland. He served as a senior campaign advisor to President Ronald Reagan and was a prominent lobbyist in Washington, D.C. for over twenty-five years, authoring over 100 research publications in intellectual disability and inventing multiple research instruments for measuring psychomotor learning.
