Wiley McCrary

Wiley McCrary, often known as Wiley, was a Georgia barbecue chef and the founder/owner of Wiley’s Championship BBQ in Savannah. Born in Atlanta in 1946, he became a well-known local figure in the barbecue scene and died in 2018 at age 71.
