Wietse De Boer

Wietse de Boer is a Dutch scholar and professor of history at Miami University, where he specializes in Medieval and Renaissance Europe, the Reformation, and Italian cultural and religious history. He earned his PhD in Early Modern European History from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 1995 and has taught courses on Renaissance and Reformation Europe as well as theories of history.
