Wendelin Van Draanen

Wendelin Van Draanen is an American author of children's and young-adult fiction, best known for her 18-book Edgar Award-winning Sammy Keyes mystery series and the novel Flipped, which was adapted into a Warner Brothers film directed by Rob Reiner. A former high school math and computer science teacher for fifteen years, she has written over thirty novels, including award-winners like The Running Dream, and resides in California.[1][2][3]
