Wayne Viney

Donald Wayne Viney, born February 13, 1953, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, is a philosopher and educator who earned his B.A. from Colorado State University in 1977 and M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1979 and 1982.
