Wayne Viney

Donald Wayne Viney, born February 13, 1953, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, is a philosopher and educator who earned his B.A. from Colorado State University in 1977 and M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1979 and 1982. He has taught philosophy and religion at Pittsburg State University in Kansas since 1984, achieving the rank of professor in 1996 and receiving multiple teaching honors, and is known for works such as Hartshorne and the Existence of God (1985).
