Wayne Shafer

Wayne Henderson Shaffer was a retired CEO of Contract Pharmacy Services, Inc., and a dedicated community volunteer who served the poor and homeless in Santa Cruz, California for over three decades. He co-founded multiple shelters including St. Francis Catholic Kitchen, Jesus Mary Joseph Home, and Siena House Maternity Home, and passed away on March 8, 2025, after a 10-year battle with Alzheimer's.
