Wanjiru Kimani

Wanjiru Kimani is a Kenyan-American author, Christian wife, and mother of two boys, originally born in the hilly countryside of Kari, Muguga, in central Kenya, and now residing in McDonough, Georgia, USA. She writes children's books and short stories, including 'Mzee Hekima and The Boys: Kelele the Rooster' published in 2021 and 'Malkia: Short Stories.' Before becoming an author, she pursued pre-med studies in the US, worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers during the 2008 crisis, and transitioned to marketing after an MBA from the University of Texas.
