Walter Ullmann

Walter Ullmann was an Austrian-born British historian known for his work on medieval political thought and the history of ideas. He taught at the University of Cambridge, where he became a fellow of Trinity College and later a professor. His major works explored the relationship between the papacy, the state, and the development of constitutional theory in the Middle Ages.
