Walter Staib
Walter Staib is a third-generation restaurateur, chef, author, and culinary historian known for his Emmy Award-winning television series "A Taste of History." He founded Concepts by Staib, Ltd. in 1989 and has been involved in opening more than 650 restaurants worldwide, while also authoring several cookbooks and hosting food-focused television programs.[1][2]
