Walter Pauk

Walter Pauk was Cornell University's reading and study center director and a highly influential professor in developmental education and study skills. He authored the best-selling book 'How To Study In College' and created the Cornell Notes note-taking system, which has become widely used in educational settings. Pauk wrote over 100 books and articles throughout his distinguished academic career and was recognized with the Pearl Anniversary Award in 1997 by The College Reading and Learning Association.
