Walter Lovenberg

Walter Lovenberg is a seasoned executive in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, with over 20 years as Acting CEO of QuantumBio Inc. until his retirement in early 2024.[1][4] He has held director and chairman roles at numerous companies, including Merrimack Pharmaceuticals (2000-present), OSI Pharmaceuticals (1993-2008), Inflazyme Pharmaceuticals (1996-2007, chairman), and others such as Xenometrix, Virogen, and Helicon Therapeutics.[2][4] Previously, he served as president of the MMD Institute at Marion Merrell Dow from 1989 to 1999.[2]
