Walt Unsworth
Walt Unsworth was a distinguished British writer, editor, and publisher specializing in mountaineering literature. He co-founded Cicerone Press in 1969 with his wife Dorothy and Brian and Aileen Evans, served as editor of Climber magazine for many years, and authored notable books such as Everest: A Mountaineering History. He was also a founder of the Outdoor Writers and Photographers Guild and died in June 2017 aged 89 after a short illness.
