W. David Kelton

W. David Kelton is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Operations, Business Analytics, and Information Systems at the University of Cincinnati, with a visiting professorship at the Naval Postgraduate School. He earned his B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1972, M.S. in Mathematics from Ohio University in 1975, and M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1979 and 1980, respectively. A Fellow of INFORMS, IISE, and the University of Cincinnati Graduate School, his publications have garnered over 35,000 citations.
