Vincent Chetail

Vincent Chetail is a professor of public international law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, specializing in international migration law, refugee law, and related fields such as human rights and armed conflicts.[1][2][3] He serves as Director of the Global Migration Centre since 2012, President of the Board of the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights since 2018, and Senior Research Associate at the University of London's Refugee Law Initiative.[1][2][3] An internationally recognized authority, he has published over 20 books and 70 articles, and advises governments, NGOs, and organizations like UNHCR and IOM.[3]
