Victoria Kann (Author, Illustrator)

Victoria Kann is an award-winning author and illustrator born in New York, NY, best known for creating the Pinkalicious picture book series with her sister Elizabeth Kann, inspired by her daughters' love for pink cupcakes and imaginative play. She graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design and works from her home in Westport, Connecticut, where her first book Pinkalicious originated as an April Fools' joke. Kann has received numerous awards for her illustration work and serves as executive producer for the PBS adaptation Pinkalicious & Peterrific.
