Victoria Flexner

Victoria Flexner is a New York City-based food historian and the founder of Edible History, a historical dining collective focused on research, supper clubs, and test-kitchen events. She has worked with institutions including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The New York Public Library, and the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, and she holds degrees from the University of Edinburgh and The New School.
