Victor R. Fuchs

Victor R. Fuchs was an American health economist and a pioneer in the economics of health care. He was the Henry J. Kaiser Jr. Professor Emeritus at Stanford University and is especially known for his influential book *Who Shall Live?* on the costs and consequences of U.S. health care spending. [1][2][3]
