Douglas D. Evanoff is an American economist and financial policy expert who served as vice president and senior research advisor for banking issues at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. He later became the first executive director of the George G. Kaufman Center for Financial Policy Studies at Loyola University Chicago, focusing on banking, financial institutions, and regulatory policy.[1][2]
